Wrapping a Selection with ERB tags in Sublime Text 2

We have been using Sublime Text 2 as an editor and enjoying the feature set, but missing one snippet in particular from Dr. Nic's ruby-tmbundle: wrapping a selection with erb tags.
After some research, we added the snippet in Sublime Text's Packages/User/ folder and created a key binding to activate it. There is probably a better way to do this specifically in Sublime Text, but this got it working for now.
