The Redlands Symphony’s 13-14 season drew mostly from the 1930-50s era. They wanted a look which mirrored this time period. Inspired by the American cubists of the same era, we focused more on an illustrative look than the previous season’s photo heavy design. This created a colorful and bold season aesthetic which sets the stage for all their other season materials.
The Symphony loved the design so much we created limited edition movie sized posters of it. Additionally, we will paint the design on a violin. This will be exhibited among the other 2013 painted strings collection. The collection will be auctioned to benefit the Symphony’s education program.
